14 integrated SaaS products orbiting one commission-free ordering core (B.O.O.). One data hub, one login, one bill — no two apps do the same job.
Boom Media is a suite of 14 standalone SaaS apps that also plug into B.O.O. (Boom Online Ordering) — the parent-company ordering core. Every tool shares customer, order, and menu data through B.O.O., so nothing is siloed and nothing is entered twice. B.O.O. is the hub; it is not counted as one of the 14 products.
MASTER_TASKS_DASHBOARD.html (mirrored to ClickUp), not in this reference doc.Every tool pulls from and pushes to B.O.O. When a customer orders, Rewardee credits points, Displayee shows the menu, Replyee answers questions, Addee builds ads from the specials. One source of truth. Zero manual syncing.

Each app runs standalone or turbo-charged by B.O.O.'s customer and order data. Descriptions verified against code 2026-07-06. "Replaces" = the point-solution stack a client drops.
utm_source=blog.POST /api/external/earn → points credited automatically. Gift cards redeemable at checkout. The closer a product sits to the order itself, the higher its automation leverage. Top of the list = closed-loop automations that fire on every order. ⚙ = automation win (trigger → action, no manual step).

Closed-loop automations that fire on every single order. Highest ROI — connect these first.
Customers never sign up separately — one order auto-enrolls them and starts earning toward the next. Balance shows at checkout.
POST /api/external/earn→points creditedTV menu boards and the in-kitchen display both mirror B.O.O. in real time. Update once — every screen changes, no paper tickets.
Every table tent, takeout bag, window sticker and receipt becomes an order channel via branded codes.
One owner dashboard pulls order count, revenue, AOV and top items alongside ad spend and loyalty — the whole business in one login.
How the tools chain together end-to-end — no manual handoffs between stages.
One database, one shared API secret, 14 tools — all working together. B.O.O. is the source of truth; data flows outward to every app.
POST /api/external/earn after each order → pointsutm_source=blog) → ordering pageBOO_API_SECRET in Doppler, rotated once for all
Not every app needs a live wire into B.O.O. Seven integrate deeply (real-time data or automation on every order); the rest are light-touch (share identity/branding, act independently).
/api/kds/ordersdb.boommedia.usBOO_API_SECRET + per-app envsusers.id UUID; B.O.O. uses client_id as its tenant key. Each app namespaces its tables by prefix (e.g. Displayee di_, Compliee co_).Verified against actual code (routes, APIs, SQL) on 2026-07-06 — not marketing copy. The rule is simple: no two apps do the same job. Where features looked close, each was inspected and given a ruling. If a sales page ever describes an app differently, the page is wrong, not this map.
Bloggy writes → Addee designs → Posttee publishes. Three apps, three stages, no overlap. Rankee measures and briefs all three.
Localey owns anything a customer reads publicly (Google/Yelp, review requests). Rewardee's rate-your-server is internal staff recognition. Replyee owns zero review functionality.
Rankee = measure (where you rank, what's broken, who's winning). Localey = manage presence (get listed, get reviews). Both "local SEO," different halves.
GloriaFood gives you an ordering page. Boom gives you an operating system.

What a business pays to replicate the Boom stack with point solutions vs. the all-in Boom price. Illustrative — actual per-app pricing varies by tier.
The same 14 tools that power restaurant ecosystems work just as hard for marketing agencies, salons, contractors, healthcare practices, law firms, real estate, and any business that sells a service.
Run your own agency on the stack, then offer every tool as a managed service. Each product becomes a recurring revenue line.
Rank locally, book via chatbot, show promos on waiting-room TVs, run a stamp-card loyalty program, and request Google reviews automatically.
Rank for "AC repair near me," capture leads via chatbot, send contracts for e-sign before work starts, and track referral rewards.
ADA scanning is critical for healthcare. Waiting-room displays, e-sign consent docs, and local search visibility all in one stack.
Win local search for high-value keywords, capture leads 24/7, e-sign retainers instantly, and keep your own site ADA-accessible.
Generate listing ads with AI, e-sign purchase agreements, QR codes on yard signs, neighborhood SEO blogs, and team approval workflows.
Members earn points per class, gift cards drive referrals, lobby screens show schedules, and AI ads keep the sign-up funnel full.
Every Boom tool you use to run your own business is also a service you can package and sell to clients. One stack, two revenue streams.
B.O.O. is sold to restaurants as a fully-managed monthly service. SaaS apps attach as included features or à-la-carte add-ons depending on tier.
Every app also sells standalone at {app}.online — used by non-restaurant businesses and agencies. Typical published pricing (confirm live numbers before quoting):
