# Build Brief — "Business Suite" page for the Symphony Workplaces site

**For:** the Claude Code session building the Symphony Workplaces site (temp: `http://sw.24.199.95.101.sslip.io/`).
**Goal:** Add ONE new client-facing page that shows Symphony's members/tenants the Boom Media ecosystem as a **Symphony-branded member benefit** — "the workspace that also grows your business."
**Companion asset:** a full partner pitch deck (for pitching Symphony itself) exists separately — this brief is the *public, client-facing* page only.

---

## Audience & intent
- **Who reads it:** Symphony Workplaces members/tenants — solo founders, small teams, and service businesses (salons, contractors, law firms, clinics, agencies, gyms, real estate, etc.).
- **What they should feel:** "I can run and grow my whole business from here, under one trusted local partner, for less than I pay now."
- **Primary CTA:** talk to the Symphony front desk / book a consult (whatever the site's existing contact/booking flow is — reuse it, don't invent a new one).

## Positioning (important)
- Brand it **"Symphony Business Suite"** (or similar Symphony-owned name). Boom is the quiet engine — a small "powered by Boom Media" is fine; do **not** make Boom the hero.
- Tie into Symphony's existing voice: "All the office. None of the lease." → extend to **"All the business tools. None of the headache."**
- It's an **amenity/upgrade** to workspace membership, not a separate company.

## Brand & style (match the existing Symphony site)
- **Palette:** neutral/white base, professional **blues & navy**, cool grays. Keep it bright, airy, luxury — like the current site. Use a single warm accent (Boom orange `#FF6B35`) *sparingly* for "powered by" / CTAs only.
- **Type:** clean contemporary sans-serif matching the site; large, confident headings.
- **Imagery:** bright, spacious, professional (consistent with their office photography).
- **Motif:** subtle musical/orchestration language ("in harmony," "every instrument," "one score") — Symphony already leans on this.
- **Reuse the site's existing header, nav, footer, fonts, and CSS variables** — this page should look native to the site, not like a Boom microsite. Add a nav link (e.g. "Grow Your Business" or "Business Suite").

## Page structure (sections, in order)

1. **Hero** — headline: members don't just rent space, they plug in their whole business. Subhead on the one-platform promise. CTA button.
2. **The problem** — small/service businesses juggle 8–12 disconnected tools; no time, no marketing person. Short, empathetic.
3. **The Business Suite — 14 apps, 4 categories** (grid, grouped). One line each + a "you'd use it to…" for a service business:
   - **Marketing & Growth (5):** Addee (AI ads, no designer), Bloggy (SEO blog on autopilot), Rankee (know where you rank locally), Posttee (schedule all social at once), Localey (more reviews + consistent listings).
   - **Customer Experience (4):** Replyee (AI + live chat, capture leads 24/7), Rewardee (loyalty, points, gift cards, referrals), Displayee (turn any TV into a lobby/menu screen), QRcodee (branded trackable QR & links).
   - **Operations & Documents (4):** Dashee (one branded login for the whole business), Approvee (approve work without email chaos), Signnee (e-sign contracts on a phone), Assistee (one-click remote support).
   - **Compliance (1):** Compliee (ADA/WCAG website scanning & monitoring — stay off the lawsuit list).
4. **The 4 done-for-you service layers** — Website design & hosting · SEO & local search · Ads & social management · Full managed marketing. Framed as "don't want to touch it? We run it for you."
5. **Built for service businesses** — 4–6 vertical cards showing which tools fit which business (reuse from the master ecosystem doc): Salons & Spas · Home services / Contractors · Law firms · Healthcare/Dental · Real estate · Gyms. Each: 1 line + 4–6 app chips.
6. **Packages** *(PLACEHOLDER PRICING — mark clearly as draft/editable)*:
   - **Overture** ~$199/mo — get online & found (website, local SEO, reviews, QR, ADA, portal).
   - **Crescendo** ~$399/mo *(most popular)* — grow & engage (adds loyalty, AI chat, ads, social, SEO content, 1 screen).
   - **Symphony** ~$699/mo — fully managed (adds managed marketing, e-sign, approvals, support, monthly report).
   - **À la carte** — any single app $9–49/mo.
7. **The savings wedge** — buying these tools separately ≈ **$2,600+/mo**; the bundle ≈ **$399/mo** → members save ~**$27k/year**, one login, one bill, everything shares one customer record. (This is the strongest conversion block.)
8. **How it works** — 5 steps: Offer → Sign up (Signnee) → Boom provisions → One login (Dashee) → Support (Assistee). Emphasize the member does nothing technical.
9. **CTA** — reuse Symphony's existing contact/booking. "Ask the front desk about the Business Suite."

## Content guardrails (keep these accurate)
- **Compliee:** market as accessibility **scanning & monitoring** — NEVER "makes your site ADA compliant" (FTC precedent).
- **Reviews (Localey):** review requests go to **all** customers, never gate for positive-only (FTC).
- **No overlap claims:** each app owns one job (Localey = reviews/listings; Replyee = chat only, not reviews; Rankee = measure, Localey = manage presence). Don't cross the wires in copy.
- **All pricing is placeholder** — put a small "indicative pricing" note and keep numbers easy to edit (ideally a single config block/array).

## Technical notes
- Self-contained, responsive, matches existing site framework (if it's Next/React, build a page/component; if static, an HTML page). Follow the repo's existing conventions.
- Mobile-first; the app grid and package cards must stack cleanly.
- If a design source is useful, the Boom master ecosystem reference (14 apps, boundaries, verticals, savings math) is the canonical content source — mirror its facts, not its dark styling. Match Symphony's light brand instead.
