ClickUp sync — how it works: add a task on the Kanban board → it creates a task in your ClickUp space (list = the client), and status changes sync both ways. Cards show their CU-### id. So your team can work in ClickUp or the portal, and clients see a clean, simplified view of just their tasks. (This session already has ClickUp tools connected, so the sync is real — not a mock.)

🔧 If you approve — build order

  1. Admin Hub dashboard — client health grid pulling from the suite + stat row.
  2. Client messaging — a portal_messages table + the two-pane inbox (admin) and chat (client).
  3. Kanban board + ClickUp sync — portal_tasks mirrored to a ClickUp list per client, two-way status.
  4. Client-view modules — surface Rankee / Localey / Translation / Approvee status to the client.
  5. Branded reports — monthly PDF per client.
