Lead-Gen Engine — Productized Paid-Ads & Lead Delivery

A plan to turn "run Meta ads and deliver leads" into a repeatable capability inside the Boom Media suite — dogfooded on Boom Media + BOO first, then white-labeled and resold to clients and agencies. Inspired by the Cadence Leads agency model, delivered through apps you already own.

Created 2026-07-22 · Status: Plan — not started · GTM: internal-first, then resell (see suite strategy)
Reality check first. Cadence Leads' "8.2× ROAS" comes from human skill — creative instinct + daily optimization — not from software. So the product is not "an app that replaces the ads agency." It's a productized lead-gen service delivered through the suite, where software makes it scalable, repeatable and white-labelable. Build the tooling around a skilled operator, not a magic auto-ads button.

1 What we're really building

Not a reseller deal — Cadence offers no white-label, API or partner program, so there's nothing to resell. Instead we build the same capability onto apps we already own, and sell that. The job "generate leads via paid ads and deliver them" decomposes into five stages, four of which already have an owner in the suite:

StageWhat it isOwner in the suite
CreativeVideo / UGC / static ad assets built around an offerAddee already AI-generates video + ad creative (HeyGen)

2 Where the new work lives

Recommendation: do not spin up a 15th app yet. Seven apps are already built-but-not-launched; adding greenfield before validating cuts against the suite's own discipline. Place the new work on existing lanes, and only graduate it into a dedicated "Leadee" app if it proves out and needs its own identity to sell.

Boundary note. This respects the no-two-apps-same-job rule: Posttee owns "talk to the ad platforms," Addee owns "make the creative," Dashee owns "show the client the numbers." The only genuinely new concept is lead capture, and it's parked in Dashee rather than a new CRM app.

3 Phased plan

Phase 0 · prove it manually · days · no code

Validate the economics on your own spend

Run one Meta Lead Ad campaign for a BOO restaurant (or Boom Media itself), using Addee creative, with leads dumped to a spreadsheet. Measure cost per lead and close rate. If the unit economics don't work by hand, no software fixes that. This is the gate before any build.

Phase 1 · build the delivery layer · weeks

Make it repeatable for BOO + Boom Media

Phase 2 · productize & resell

Package the offer

4 The critical-path gotcha — start now

Meta App Review is the bottleneck, not the code. Paid campaigns + Lead Ads need ads_management, leads_retrieval and pages_manage_ads permissions, plus Business Verification and Advanced Access — a multi-week approval. Posttee already has Meta/Google/LinkedIn approvals pending; fold the paid-ads scopes into that same submission to save a review cycle. Kick this off before writing Phase 1 code.

6 Decisions to confirm

  1. Run Phase 0 on a BOO restaurant or on Boom Media's own funnel first?
  2. Lead inbox in Dashee (recommended) vs. a dedicated new lane?
  3. Billing model: client pays Meta directly, or billed-through Boom Media?
