Boom Media Ecosystem — 14 SaaS Apps · Website + B.O.O. Hand-Off Brief

Purpose: Single source of truth for adding the full 14-app SaaS portfolio to (a) the boommedia.us website and (b) the Boom Online Ordering (B.O.O.) website. Use this doc in BOTH sessions so the product list, names, domains, and status all match.

What's new since the last docs: Added #14 Posttee (social-media scheduler). Older docs say "13 products" / "11 products" — those counts are stale. The number is now 14.

⚠️ Read first — rules that must hold in both sessions

1. The count is 14 SaaS apps. Update every "13 tools" / "11 products" headline to 14.
2. B.O.O. is NOT one of the 14. Boom Online Ordering is the parent-company restaurant platform and the ecosystem hub — never list it as a SaaS product, never count it in the 14.
3. Canonical public domain = {app}.online (e.g. addee.online). The internal {app}.boommedia.us subdomains in the old SAAS_PORTFOLIO.md are infra/staging hosts — do not publish those.
4. Compliee legal guardrail: market as accessibility scanning / monitoring / fix-guidance only. NEVER "makes your site ADA compliant" (FTC fined accessiBe $1M, 2025).
5. Servvee caveat: Servvee has no standalone paying users (BOO-layer only, sunset candidate). Keep it listed for now, but do not build a marketing push around it.

NEW APP — Posttee (full website copy)

Drop this into boommedia.us "Our Products" in the Marketing group, right after Addee/Bloggy/Rankee. Matches the format of the other 13 product blocks.

Plan, schedule, and auto-publish posts to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and LinkedIn from one calendar. Write once, queue everywhere, and let Posttee publish on schedule — no more logging into five apps. Pairs with Addee: Addee makes the creative, Posttee puts it on the calendar.

For restaurants: Schedule daily specials, events, and new-menu announcements across all channels at once. Menu data flows from B.O.O. → Addee creative → Posttee schedule.
For service businesses: Keep agencies, contractors, and salons consistently posting — batch a month of content, queue it, and review performance in one place.

Replaces: Buffer, Hootsuite, Social Champ, Publer, Later

Status note: Built on direct platform APIs (Meta one-app for FB+IG, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn — all free tiers). X and TikTok deferred. Live once Meta App Review + Google Business access are approved.

Part A — boommedia.us website session checklist

The existing ECOSYSTEM_CONTENT_BOOMMEDIA.md already has polished copy for 13 of the 14. To bring it to 14:

• [ ] Change the hero count "13 tools. One ecosystem." → "14 tools. One ecosystem."
• [ ] Add the Posttee product block (copy above) under the Marketing group.
• [ ] Update the "App Status" table — add Posttee row (posttee.online · 🔼 Coming Soon).
• [ ] Update "Industries We Serve" — add Posttee to: Marketing Agencies, Salons & Spas, Gyms & Fitness, Real Estate (anywhere social posting matters).
• [ ] Update the "Sell to your clients" agency list — add: Posttee — offer "managed social posting" as a monthly retainer.
• [ ] Confirm all domains use {app}.online (not .boommedia.us).
• [ ] Verify category counts in any nav/grid: Marketing now has 4 (Addee, Bloggy, Rankee, Posttee).

Part B — Boom Online Ordering (B.O.O.) website session checklist

B.O.O.'s ecosystem section showcases the SaaS tools that connect to B.O.O. for restaurants. Not all 14 integrate with B.O.O. — only the restaurant-relevant ones. Current ECOSYSTEM_CONTENT_BOO.md features 6 (Displayee, Rewardee, Replyee, QRcodee, Dashee, Addee).

• [ ] Keep the 6 deep integrations already documented (KDS, loyalty webhook, chatbot CTA, QR URLs, analytics, ad menu data).
• [ ] Add Posttee as a light-touch tie-in (no data integration required): "Specials you run in B.O.O. → ad made in Addee → scheduled across all your channels in Posttee." Place it in the marketing-flywheel narrative, not the technical integration table.
• [ ] Optionally surface the other restaurant-useful apps as "Also in the ecosystem" links (Rankee, Compliee, Signnee) without claiming live integrations.
• [ ] Update the "Works with your whole stack" narrative if you want the count to read consistently — but B.O.O. copy should emphasize integrations, not the raw "14 apps" number.
• [ ] Do not imply B.O.O. is one of the SaaS apps — it's "the operating core / foundation."
